Situated just five minutes from Meia Praia beach and ten minutes to the historic town of Lagos, Vale da Lama has become a beautiful, upscale residential zone - and it is one that my family and I have called home for almost 35 years.

 

For each of the three plots we are developing turnkey villas with Studioarte architects from Portimao; and the construction will be completed by the experienced BGE Group. Each plot is at least 3'000 square metres in size. The prospective buyer can build up to 550 square metres living area, plus a 100 square metre cellar. The building parametres are ideally placed to make the most of the views over the Atlantic Ocean and the Ribeira da Odiaxere estuary; where kite-surfers glide to and fro and fisher boats haul their fish into the dock of Alvor.
